Cancellation Policy

We’re very aware that life happens and things come up. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel a session for any reason, please just let us know! We can always get you into another session, usually promptly.

I'm sick!

No problem! Just let us know and we’ll give you as long as you need to recover! Heck, it may happen to us too. Just let us know as soon as you know and can reasonably communicate and we’ll see you soon!

Traffic!

The city is not immune to horrible traffic delays. As long as you can meet within 15 minutes of our session, we can usually get through an entire lesson’s material. It will still be charged as a full session, but there’s no hard feelings and will be no reduction in material covered if you happen to be a bit late.

Letting us know where you ran into trouble is always appreciated, however, as we’re on the road for appointments frequently as well. Avoiding major back-ups helps everyone!

A personal tragedy

First, sincerest thoughts go out for anything that you may be going through. Dog training can obviously take a back seat to personal tragedies and accidents. Please let us know when you’re ready, emotionally and physically, to resume your training and we’ll be here for you when you are.

No Call No Show

This is where we get into problems. If you don’t respond to the confirmation message you’ll likely receive, or don’t provide information within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we’re going to charge you for the lesson in full.

This isn’t to be mean, it’s because if you’re one of the handful of people that practice this habit, we’re not going to be bad trainers and reinforce this rude behavior. You’ll be billed because you’ve not only deprived us of our livelihood, you’ve deprived someone else of having been able to learn and receive help.
